I am a Registered Psychotherapist with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO), dedicated to supporting individuals on their journey to mental wellness. I hold a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology (MACP) with Distinction from Yorkville University and a Bachelor’s in Nursing from Athabasca University. Guided by the belief that “Life is amazing. And then it’s awful. And then it’s amazing again. And in between the amazing and awful it’s ordinary and mundane and routine. Breathe in the amazing, hold on through the awful, and relax and exhale during the ordinary. That’s just living heartbreaking, soul-healing, amazing, awful, ordinary life. And it’s breathtakingly beautiful” ~ L.R. Knost, I recognize that life’s challenges can often feel overwhelming. In those moments, connecting with a therapist can be a powerful step towards change and growth.

With extensive experience supporting individuals from culturally diverse backgrounds, I am honoured to work alongside you in creating a path to positive mental health. In a safe, confidential, and relaxed environment, we will collaborate to Empower you on your healing journey. I look forward to being part of your transformation as we unlearn and relearn, building resilience and inner strength.

My approach goes beyond talking about your past—I’m here to help you rewire your present so you can create a future that actually feels like yours.

Rooted in evidence-based therapy, somatic wisdom, and subconscious and energetic principles, we look not only at your story, but at your state. That means shifting the patterns held in your body, nervous system, and belief systems—so you can stop repeating the same cycles that keep you feeling stuck, small, or scattered.

I help women break free from the emotional habits of survival—overthinking, people-pleasing, perfectionism—and reconnect with their authentic self: calm, clear, and connected. In our work, we create a space where it’s safe to stop performing, to feel, and to finally come home to who you truly are.

I blend traditional modalities like CBT, DBT, and Solution-Focused Therapy with subconscious techniques like NLP, Hypnotherapy, and TIME Line Therapy®, as well as nervous system regulation practices. Each session is personalized—not just to your story, but to your state of being.

If you’re ready to stop living by your past conditioning and start living by your vision—this is for you!

We all carry stories—some empower us, others confine us. If you’re struggling with anxiety, disordered eating, addiction, or low self-confidence, I offer a calm, compassionate space where you can reframe your narrative, develop new skills, and reconnect with your strengths.

I specialize in supporting individuals and couples navigating eating disorders, depression, anxiety, addiction, social phobias, and relationship challenges. My therapeutic approach is integrative and evidence-based, blending Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT), Cognitive Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and Solution-Focused approaches. These modalities allow us to address unhelpful thoughts, build resilience, and create lasting change.

Grounded in mindfulness, strengths-based practice, and a deep respect for each person’s lived experience, I work collaboratively to help you cultivate awareness, acceptance, and self-compassion. Together, we’ll tailor therapy to your unique needs, values, and goals.

I hold a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology, a Bachelor of Social Work from York University (2012), and a Human Resources Certificate, with over a decade of experience supporting individuals and families in diverse settings.

Healing and growth are possible. You don’t have to navigate this alone—I invite you to reach out for a consultation and see how therapy can support you in living a fuller, more authentic life.
