I am a Registered Psychotherapist with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO), dedicated to supporting individuals on their journey to mental wellness. I hold a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology (MACP) with Distinction from Yorkville University and a Bachelor’s in Nursing from Athabasca University. Additionally, I am a Registered Practical Nurse with the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO).

Guided by the belief that “Life is amazing. And then it’s awful. And then it’s amazing again. And in between the amazing and awful it’s ordinary and mundane and routine. Breathe in the amazing, hold on through the awful, and relax and exhale during the ordinary. That’s just living heartbreaking, soul-healing, amazing, awful, ordinary life. And it’s breathtakingly beautiful” ~ L.R. Knost, I recognize that life’s challenges can often feel overwhelming. In those moments, connecting with a therapist can be a powerful step towards change and growth.

With extensive experience supporting individuals from culturally diverse backgrounds, I am honoured to work alongside you in creating a path to positive mental health. In a safe, confidential, and relaxed environment, we will collaborate to Empower you on your healing journey. I look forward to being part of your transformation as we unlearn and relearn, building resilience and inner strength.

My approach goes beyond talking about your past—I’m here to help you rewire your present so you can create a future that actually feels like yours.

Rooted in evidence-based therapy, somatic wisdom, and subconscious and energetic principles, we look not only at your story, but at your state. That means shifting the patterns held in your body, nervous system, and belief systems—so you can stop repeating the same cycles that keep you feeling stuck, small, or scattered.

I help women break free from the emotional habits of survival—overthinking, people-pleasing, perfectionism—and reconnect with their authentic self: calm, clear, and connected. In our work, we create a space where it’s safe to stop performing, to feel, and to finally come home to who you truly are.

I blend traditional modalities like CBT, DBT, and Solution-Focused Therapy with subconscious techniques like NLP, Hypnotherapy, and TIME Line Therapy®, as well as nervous system regulation practices. Each session is personalized—not just to your story, but to your state of being.

If you’re ready to stop living by your past conditioning and start living by your vision—this is for you!

We all carry stories, some empower us, while others keep us feeling stuck. If you are struggling with anxiety, depression, eating disorders, disordered eating, addiction, low self-esteem, relationship challenges, or life transitions, I offer a warm, supportive, and non-judgmental space where healing, growth, and meaningful change can occur.

My approach to therapy is holistic, recognizing the important connection between mind, body, emotions, relationships, and lifestyle. Together, we will explore the patterns that may be holding you back, build practical coping skills, strengthen resilience, and reconnect with your authentic self, values, and personal strengths. My goal is to help you create greater balance, self-awareness, and well-being in all areas of your life.

I specialize in supporting individuals and couples navigating eating disorders, disordered eating, anxiety, depression, addiction and substance use concerns, social anxiety, workplace stress, life transitions, self-esteem challenges, and relationship difficulties. Using an integrative, evidence-based, and client-centred approach, I draw from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), Rational Emotive Behaviour Therapy (REBT), Narrative Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and strengths-based approaches. Therapy is tailored to your unique needs, goals, and lived experiences.

Grounded in mindfulness, self-compassion, and whole-person wellness, I believe lasting change happens when we address not only thoughts and emotions but also the daily habits, relationships, and lifestyle factors that contribute to overall health. In addition to my counselling work, I have a strong interest in wellness, movement, and healthy lifestyle practices and am currently completing my Fitness Instructor certification, further supporting my holistic perspective on mental and physical well-being.

I am a Registered Social Worker with a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology, a Bachelor of Social Work from Toronto Metropolitan University, and a Human Resources Management Certificate.
